Industrial Spatio-Temporal Distribution of High-Speed Rail Station Area from the Accommodation Facilities Perspective: A Multi-City Comparison

چکیده
As a new engine of urban development, the high-speed rail (HSR) station area is an emerging location where service industry concentrated. This study aims to reflect development accommodation facilities in transport hub areas through spatial distribution and agglomeration characteristics lodging HSR areas. stations Beijing, Tianjin, Nanjing, Jinan, Kunshan, Xuzhou are selected. The Geodetector model applied analyze pertinent driving factors. findings indicate that: (1) smaller population size city, closer high station. (2) longer open, stronger intensity is. (3) At various cities, factors affecting heterogeneous. interaction between has synergistic enhancement effect.
